"I wanted to write to tell you about the wonderful experience I have had with Thermal Flo. I was having problems with my air conditioner this summer. Randy Witt came to my home and helped get my air conditioning to work more efficiently. He was professional and very helpful. He not only helped me get it to work more efficiently, but explained what he was doing. He offered his help in the future if the problem did not get better. It did and the summer went a lot cooler in my home than in the past summers. On Friday, October 9, 2009 the heating in my home was not working. Chris talked me through exactly what I needed to get it working. When I told him I needed it simplified and really explained he was great. He told me what I needed to do and how to do it. He was patient and incredibly helpful. I have always handed over house problems to a spouse or friend to fix, but this time I got to fix it myself with Chris's help. Gordon-Knight "Hi Steve, Just wanted to touch base with you on our new Ruud system. Our unit has been using both the air and heat cycle. We are really loving it. But, what I wanted to share with you is what happened to Bill and me. I kept watching for our gas bill to go up but I keep getting bills for around $6 so I emailed our gas company and advised them that I thought there was a problem with our meter because our bills have been too low compared to last year. They did email me back and advised that they would check into it. They never got back to me so I was not going to push the issue. Well they should up this last Saturday. They had never contacted us to let us know that they were coming out to our house. The guy had us turn up the temperature to cause the furnace to come so he could see if the meter was reading the gas usage and it was. He explained how the heat pump worked and that our furnace was not using any gas to heat it was all being done by the heat pump! That blew us away i just knew that we were going to have this huge gas bill. Now we understand how the heat pump works. I love the fact that we are saving money on our gas bill by having the heat pump. We are very happy with the Ruud system. I can't wipe the smile off my face.
